A bicycle wheel needs to be both strong and light and yet, despite this, disciplines like mountain biking and BMX now place huge forces on what appear to be a simple assembly of fragile materials.
The use of correctly specified high quality components will ensure that your new wheels can endure almost everything that you and the terrain can throw at them.
We use dial gauge jigs and tensiometers to ensure your wheels are built to the correct specification.

Custom spoke sizes
Our Morizumi spoke cutting and thread rolling machine produces superb high quality custom spoke lengths. This enables us to produce same day solutions for fast builds, wheel repairs and bespoke requirements.
We can also use spoke fix to ensure your wheels stay tight under hard use.
Hubs
We build wheels using hubs from Shimano, DT Swiss, Bitex, Miche and Son dynamo. Shimano in particular make dependable hubs at affordable price points. Bitex make quality lightweight hubs at sensible prices and in a range of colours.
Rims
The correct rim is vital to the strength of your wheel. We specify rims from Mavic DT Swiss and Ryde amongst others.
We are happy to advise on rims for your chosen discipline, whether that be MTB, Gravel/CX or Touring

Preparing your wheel
For repairs and rebuilds please have the tyre and tubes already removed.
If you don’t have suitable tools or facility then we can do this for you.
Supply your own materials
We are happy for you to source your own materials but please note we do not accept any liability for materials supplied by you which prove faulty in due course. Nor is a warranty provided against those materials.
